The room we stayed in was pristine and spacious, complete with fragrant amenities, a large king-size bed, and a lovely patio. The pool facilities were fantastic, and the hotel's location was convenient, right next to provincial parks in southwestern Ontario and the Conference Centre.

The location was perfect, in a quiet area, making it a lovely base with outstanding food at the restaurant for breakfast.

This place is modern and allows pets 🐾. It has a nice outdoor seating area. The breakfast is free, and I enjoyed some tasty eggs and pancakes. The location is the only downside, but overall, it's a comfortable and decent spot to stay at.

Reasonably large rooms with comfortable beds, great pillows plus scented products, very nice stay! Reasonably priced and excellent meals. Particularly good location in Brantford just off the dining options and Joey's Seafood Restaurants.

Spacious room with ample storage and a relaxing whirlpool tub for some extra comfort. 🛁 Great breakfast featuring a grill station and delicious made-to-order omelets. The staff here are incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always have a smile on their face.

The location was unbeatable, with a cozy indoor shopping center nearby. The restaurant was pleasant, and I enjoyed trying their fresh breakfast dishes.- All the employees were superbly friendly and exceptionally nice.

It's good value and comfy hotel at a good price. Facilities are nice, and there's shuttle to the major attractions. Our property is set in a central location really close to the public areas and the rooms, the dining options and restaurants. There are lots of restaurants to eat, like West Garden that is only 15 minutes' walk away.

The bathrooms are very small.

Thoroughly enjoyed Brantford, the hotel was newly renovated very close to the safari. The breakfast was astonishing with options, and the staff was attentive.- The guest room had basic facilities you need, a coffeemaker, a mini fridge, and a whirlpool.

The stay here for the weekend was really enjoyable, with great dining options and a lovely pool to relax.

Fine family-friendly hotel for 1 night in Brantford. Competent and attentive staff throughout our stay. Early check-in, well furnished room with a sofa and 2 queen beds. Hot breakfast with made to order omelets and Grill for every taste. Perfect, magnificent location in Brantford, just off restaurants and mall, the touristy Niagara and Conference Centre. Also, very close to the safari.

The front desk staff at Best Western were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They made us feel like valued guests and provided excellent advice on local attractions. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

It was reasonably close to where we had to be and convenient to get to.

The secure section of the floor we were given had an additional key access requirement to get in. This malfunctioned on a regular basis, and if it were not for housecleaning staff, we would have to have walked a great distance back to the lobby to get help to get in. According to their written rules, quiet evening times were to commence at 10:00 P.M.. This was not the case during our stay as many sports teams were staying and making noise outside our room well after 11:00 P.M. and no one came from the hotel to stop them. There are better choices for hotels in Brantford for the same cost per night.
