The location was marvellous to nearby casinos. Last time we stopped we had a new-fashioned, huge room with a good king bed.

we had a pleasant stay at best western. the location was convenient, and the shuttles were efficient. the hotel was close to the airport and the shuttle service was quick to both pick us up and drop us off. the room was spacious and comfy. we loved the grassy area around the pool; it was like having a little park inside the hotel. we stayed up late chatting in these two lovely chairs by a fireplace. it definitely made our stay more memorable. also, the staff are pleasant to deal with and the room prices are great.

I booked a Handicap Accessible room with short notice and it had all the necessary facilities and comfortable beds, I really appreciated it, plus the location was great and within a short walk to all the places I wanted to visit.

The presidential suite at SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Reno Airport felt like a home away from home, with a spacious hardwood work desk and all the comforts I needed. The premium bedding and free WiFi made for a cozy and convenient stay.

I found the bathroom a bit small for my liking, but others might not mind.

The views from my room at SureStay Plus Hotel were simply breathtaking, overlooking the stunning South Reno area. My attempt to order breakfast was unfortunately met with indifference, leaving me with no choice but to skip the meal and head off for my shuttle.
