  Its location is great and the hotel is very clean and is well maintained. The pillows are soft and the bed was comfortable, breakfast is excellent and offers a break on your pocketbook, the main outdoor pool is in the middle of the motel U.

  Wonderful view and great Stay. Good price and clean, very nice staff in the lobby as well as housekeeping, the room was super clean, big and we were happy to be there. The breakfast was perfect, three different pools on the grounds was impressive.

  The location is great close to dollywood, and lots of restaurants, this hotel is wonderful. Clean bathroom everyday, wiped down and cleaned.

  Great location, nice Family Stay and for the price I paid I would've expected a much better property. The lobby was beautiful and staff were polite. The room was large, the refrigerator was a decent size and was as clean as a new one, the continental breakfast had a lot to be desired.

  I really liked this hotel and very reasonable rates. We upgraded to interior corridor room was very quiet, the staff were very pleasant and the pools were very nice as were the hot tubs. The microwave was very clean as well, breakfast was good.

  The rate was very reasonable and the exterior was clean and well maintained. This hotel was renovated recently and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The rooms were very large and the free breakfast was excellent and had a wide variety to choose from.

  Well worth the money and great hotel. The staff were really nice, room was large and continental breakfast was served daily form 7 to 10 am in the Continental Cafe. The front pool was the best had a larger kiddie pool.

  Great value for the price and freindly staff. Nice, clean, spacious rooms and we liked having the refrigerator. Free breakfast consisted of biscuits, excellent choice and the pools were nice and kept clean also.

  Overall, a good place to stay in this area, clean, great staff and the rooms were very clean and large. The continental breakfast was good, and there was plenty of table space, the indoor pool was a nice temp.
