  View was fabulous, the hotel was nice and the lobby/dining room was very clean and had a very warm feeling to. The service was great, a very friendly maintenance employee gave us a sneak peek and the bed was the worst thing. The bathtub was big and food was wonderful.

  The service was perfect and the view was incredible, overall this hotel was very comfortable and exceeded our expectations, the front desk staff were excellent and very helpful. Our room was great too, free breakfast every morning was a nice bonus.

  The views are great, the room is clean and decent value, the staff is awesome, this place is fantastic, price acceptable only due to lack of other options. Lobby has free cookies and hot beverages ‘round the clock, a comfortable bed is very important to me, and the bed was fabulous. The breakfast is good.

  Thus, the hot tub was appreciated, as was the view of the pier in the morning, the staff at this hotel were absolutely wonderful and desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Our room was large, clean, breakfast was great.

  The room and view were great, the place was very quiet. Staff were very helpful, the beds were comfortable and the continental breakfast was good and there was a variety for everyone's needs.

  The room had a lovely view of the a/c units and the storage shed in the back, overall, our stay at this Best Western was quite pleasant, the front desk staff were welcoming and gracious. The bed was comfy, the breakfast was good and the pool was a great temp.

  Great view of the three rivers and downtown florence, very nice stay, warm cookies in the lobby and free HBO are always much appreciated. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful.

  Much better view looking at the hotel than being in and excellent customer service. The room was beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful, the complimentary breakfast wonderful.

  The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout, and the decor is very pleasant, staff are great.

  Not in the center of town, a nice 1/2 mile walk over the scenic bridge to the old town and rooms are smelly really smelly. The food is also just plain bad.

  I am a platinum elite member and i used points for a one night stay, great customer service, good wifi and good selection of cable channels. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

  The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful at all times, the beds were comfortable and the pool and spa were very nice. Oh yeah, the breakfast was well below good.
