The hotel is located in a calm area close to restaurants and a mall. The room was nicely decorated with amenities, and the staff was very pleasant. The rate was $97, which we found reasonable.

The bed is comfortable and the WiFi worked very well.

Access to the hotel is a bit odd since customers have to drive through a fast food restaurant to get to the hotel.

Queen room I stayed at was pet-friendly and large with all the amenities best western is known for. The location was central, magnificent close enough to downtown.

The hotel exceeded my expectations for the price. The attention to detail was evident in the well-appointed rooms with amenities like a king size bed, microwave, and small fridge. The location was convenient, with several restaurants, a church we were visiting, and shopping nearby. The staff provided excellent service, making our stay very comfortable.

The staff was very attentive and friendly. The hotel is modern and the room was huge. The building and rooms are beautiful, with all the amenities Best Western is known for. The check-in was easy, and they accommodated a late check-out. The pool was very clean, and the location is excellent, very close to Alton's downtown area and near a mall, Amtrak, and various stores and restaurants.

This property is in a marvellous location, near to a mall next to Amtrak and Dollar store and restaurants and shopping and the arch. The service is courteous, includes good parking.

room was nice and shower was strong and plenty of hot water.

breakfast choices were not very good. walls were too thin and we were awoken at 5 am by the couple next door... door didn't shut to our room unless you pushed it closed. it looked closed but could be pushed open.

The location here is perfect, close to restaurants, the church we were going to, shopping, and in a calm area.

Things not fixed.breakfast was cold.first room they put us in had a fan on to dry out the carpet and smelled of urine. No tissues in tissue box and toilet plugged up. Will not stay there again!!
