We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect for us, as it was very central and close to public transport and taxis. We were able to walk to the nearby shopping centers and even to the Fondo de Cultura Economica bookstore. The hotel grounds were beautifully kept, with open grass and trees where our children could run around and play. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff was extremely friendly and professional, always willing to help and make our stay enjoyable. We particularly enjoyed the restaurant attached to the hotel, where we had delicious meals at fair prices. The hotel also had a leisure swimming pool, which unfortunately was being fixed during our stay, but they were kind enough to provide us with a day pass to another hotel's pool. our experience here was fantastic, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful state of Chiapas.

The check-in process was smooth, and the friendly receptionist provided all the necessary information about the facilities.

The hotel location was convenient, as it was not far from major attractions in the city. Although it was situated on a busy main road, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel's design created a peaceful oasis.
