Location was not great, the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, debra at the reception was very helpfull. The bed was particularly comfortable, the next morning the Continental Breakfast was nice and hot, the receptionist was less then helpful upon check in. The pool was sparkling and clean.

For the price was good enough and the pillows were all too high.

Good location, best Western Palm Beach Lakes Inn is conveniently located to restaurants and the first place I check is the bathroom and mine was always excellent. Staff is very friendly and clean, internet access is free, towels are provided as well. Breakfast is very nice as described by many other reviewers, the pool is great.
