Modern, neat room, appreciated it. The bed was lovely & the staff there were outstandingly accommodating and supper friendly. The services were great, offered us complimentary free Wi-Fi.

the hotel was amazing with particularly good location in the toilets near the childrens play area. location: the venue was near restaurants, the beach and the carnival, and shops and surf beach.

Didn't like the area, it was expensive.

Affordable rooms here come with a balcony and two single beds, and the location is pretty nice. The staff provides excellent service and there's parking available at the back. 🚗

This place is amazing! The location is perfect, right on the foreshore in Rye. The staff here are incredible, providing exceptional service from the check-in process to the dining experience. The bistro/bar offers delicious food that I couldn't resist dining at for two nights. The breakfast was also great with outstanding service from the friendly and professional staff. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. The hotel also has a lovely terrace and garden area for relaxation. Plus, they even allowed me a late check-out, which was greatly appreciated.

These minor drawbacks do not overshadow all the wonderful aspects of this hotel.

I have recently returned from overseas traveling to first world and third world countries and found this particular hotel especially for a best western hotel to be very poorvalue for the money . I am at the moment in another best western and it is far superior to the one at mornington peninsula . First no room service for 250 a night is bad then the shabby condition of this hotel was disgusting . Also internet charged at the rate it is makes this hotel unaffordable .

The hotel was ideally located, just a stone's throw away from the beach and shops. We also appreciated the reasonable rates and the excellent service of the staff. They were friendly, cheerful, and helpful, making us feel welcome and at home. We enjoyed the indoor playground which is perfect for kids and a great way to keep them entertained. Our room was cozy, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our city trip.

Although we had a generally positive experience, we wished there was better lighting in the room as the TV guide was difficult to read. , the bathroom door was heavy and may prove challenging for some guests.

Hotel is well positioned just off the main road and thus quiet with no traffic noise. The room was very big and comfortable.

Our room faced on to the hotel pool which was noisy with guest families. We passed on the breakfast provided in the adjacent pub bistro - not an attractive ambience.
