  The staff was friendly when we checked in and filled our request for an upper room.

  The room was pretty much what you would expect from this price range motel. The only issue we had was the room was located right across the hall from the ice machine.

  The continental breakfast the next morning was great, there were lots of food selection. The staff was great and helpful, and the rooms were clean and beautifully decorated with a microwave oven and refrigerator.

  From the moment we walked in, we thoroughly enjoyed the lobby decor of natural wood, leather chairs, and stuffed animals (not the cozy type, but the real type). Then the friendly and helpful staff informed us of the free soup in the late afternoon, and freshly-baked cookies with milk in the evening. The room was very spacious, neat, clean, and also decorated in natural wood.

• From the moment we arrived and found they had a free bowl of soup for the weary traveler, the nicely decorated dining ares, the spotless cleanliness of every part of the property, the larger than normal room, the friendly and efficient crew, and excellent directions to everything we wanted to see. Even the business room with free computers and internet connection made our stay wonderful - and at a reasonable price.

  Everything was great at this location - the lobby decor, the front desk personnel, the breakfast buffet personnel, and a very large accommodating room with fridge & micro & internet.

  It is more expensive than the other hotels, but I have stayed at a couple of those also, and from now on I will spend the extra money and stay at the Olympic Inn. There is a pretty good chinese restaurant with a bar located a half block away.

  Good location, nice rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. Center of town great staff.

  The staff was unfailingly nice and the lobby is spacious and inviting (but be warned, lots of taxidermy on display). This is just an excellent, well-maintained family hotel and a good value.

  It is always consistently clean, upkept well, decor is beautiful, staff is friendly, continental breakfast the best we've ever had and the soup in the evening is great, but my husband's favorite is the warm cookies served in the eating area!

  This hotel is truly the best value for the money!

  Immediately we went to the front desk and asked for another room. We did have a reservation and thought they should send someone up to resolve the situation so we would have a place to stay. We were told that if we could make it through the night in that room, that we could move to the first room open in the morning. We hadn't even showered yet when we changed rooms. The new room was smaller and we asked if they didn't have another suite the size of the first room. The second room had a clogged toilet upon our arrival. Yes, the breakfast food was fabulous, the 4 pm homemade soup with bread was nice. We would have traded either of those touches for some decent plumbing, a clean fresh smelling room and an adequate air conditioner.

  Upon first entering the room, we were overcome by a horrible sour mildew smell. The smell was bad in the entire room, but worse around that area.
