The accommodation is lovely and is set in a stunning location right next to Boyne Highlands. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, and the room has a nice bathroom, climate control, multi-channel TV, and a refrigerator. The breakfast is very good with a variety of options, juices, oatmeal, and great value for money. The service provided is excellent, and free Wi-Fi is also available. it was a really great stay with nothing to complain about.

Great location, newly decorated queen room with fridge, comfortable beds plus a bathroom. Location so close to the state park with a beach on lake Michigan. Also, to ski slopes.

This hotel was located in a central area just next door to the state park with a beach on lake Michigan, Harbor Springs for work two to three times a year and Michigan. Moreover, there was a lake within 30 mins walk from the property.

Excellent service, just what was needed. The room was well-kept, breakfast available, with disability access. The staff was knowledgeable and excellent. Comfortable location close to local attractions.

It was very clean

The bed was hard. The pool was freezing. In the spring & fall the pool should be warm. Cool in the summer. It was freezing in May. Used it once.

The queen room was immaculate with a TV, updated bathroom area, which was very nice, and a sofa. The location was ideal for ski areas, and the staff here was personable. Additionally, there was a state park just 2 miles away.

Everything else was to be expected or better.

2 am the office closes, we came back after a business conference to sleep but our keys would not let us into the room. We barely got a hold of the manager before being locked out all night, who then behaved as if it was an inconvenience to her rather than empathizing with us the paying customers. Her attitude was appalling and reprehensible.

We had a great stay at the Best Western. The location was convenient, just a short drive to Harbor Springs and Petoskey. The property was well maintained and the rooms were comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the continental breakfast, they had a good selection of bagels, cereal, fruits, and coffee. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
