I would go back to this hotel, and you should try it if all you want is a good comfortable stay for the money.
Nice location, just one walkable block to beach.
It is quite far from the boardwalk but the bus is just downstairs on the street.
It took like 20-30 mins on the bus to the main boardwalk area.
Hotel was clean, room very large, queen size extra long bed, jacuzzi tub and GREAT continental breakfast in a lovely setting.
But, the fitness room was good and the coffee was good and best of all the bed was comfortable and the shower worked.
I would come back again just for the beds, but the rooms are spacious also and each separate area has a TV (1 even has a DVD player, great for kids)!
I've stayed at places where it takes me hours after waking up for my back to adjust to a bad bed, but NOT here.
GREAT continental breakfast in a lovely setting, accommodating and pleasant staff, best of all the bed was comfortable.
The place is clean, the free continental breakfast is a plus for may be on a budget.
PLUS there's a continental breakfast every morning.

The reception desk people went above and beyond when asked questions about the area, so far as to print maps, make great recommendations and try to assist in every way.
There were ONLY 2 downsides: (1) the kids would've really like a pool.
High speed internet, refridge/microwave, and washer drier plus.
Hotel was clean, joAnn at the front desk was wonderful and the fitness room was good.
The room was nice and big and clean with microwave and refrigerator.
