              The bedroom was large and had a balcony that overlooked the cocoa pier area, the breakfast was an average free hotel breakfast, the room and bathroom was clean and well equipped.

              Nice place on the beach and great staff. The room was huge.

              We tried almost all the area restaurants were uniformly bad and my gf got food poisoning, the one in my grandmom's old folks home was even faster.

              Great beach and pools, excellent location, good hotel suite/good deal for family. We just returned home from our cruise to the bahamas and and the price is very reasonable too. I experienced superior service from the front end staff, perhaps the other rooms are better constructed.

              Excellent choice in cocoa beach, great ocean view and i booked this hotel based on the good reviews here. New suites building very nice, decent for the price paid and coffee in the lobby was better than in the breakfast. The staff were very friendly, beds were comfortable and the pools were clean and heated.

              Great acess to an almost private beach and excellent location. Overall, a nice stay, good Rate and staff were brilliant, check in and out was efficient. The room was spotless and the breakfast buffet was fine.

              We decided on the new suites offered at the best western cocoa beach and the view was GREAT. The hotel was very nice, the staff at checkin were incredible and the rooms were comfortable and the beds were ok. The continental breakfast was good.

              The beach are was clean and the water cool and refreshing, location is perfect, the hotel is right by the pier, is the hot spot in town. Front desk personnel are very friendly and helpful, towels are provided at the pool free of charge.

              The elevator was fast and the beach and the pier was right there, our room, as I said above, had a great view. The place was immaculate clean and the staff were very friendly as well and actually spoke to all of us. The shower was very powerful and very hot, breakfast was also excellent, pool was very nice and clean, temperature was warm.
