  The Best Western Northtown Inn on Kenley Avenue in Wichita Falls, excellent place to stay and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Bathroom was marginally clean.

  Would have preferred easier entry from the outer doors instead of having to go through the main lobby every trip, especially with a dog. The free breakfast was small but really nice. The bathroom was large and accessible for handicapped if needed.

  I cannot belive the quality of Customer Service at this Hotel. All the employees were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. All my corporate employees will be staying at this hotel for it's value.
