The staff here is incredibly welcoming and pleasant towards all guests and the location is fantastic, adjacent to a great area near Provo.

This brand-new hotel offers particularly nice views of the mountains. the staff is wonderfully friendly and amiable, offering free wake up calls and ironing. the location is good, with an easy walk to everywhere. They have a nice pool and parking on site. Not to mention they also offer free wifi. This is definitely the venue of choice in Springville.

The spacious suite is beautifully decorated and includes a large spa tub, the accommodating staff and convenient location near a truck stop, here is a great place to stay.

Beds were very confortable.

Get the shower fixed so there is some water pressure.

The breakfast offered a good variety with muffins, danishes, and yogurts. The rooms had a nice shower and a comfortable king bed. The location is fantastic, close to everything in Springville, including convenient stores and a truck stop.

The double room I booked came with a shower and a jacuzzi. The hotel is conveniently located near a truck stop and close to many areas in Springville. Being next to Provo meant there were plenty of restaurant options nearby.

Good price for the accomdation. Like to find more like this. Could of cleaned tub shower better.

The staff are responsible and ready to help if you need anything. The hotel offers a huge variety of food that was awesome. It boasts an incredible and beautiful location close to a liquor store, a truck stop, and good restaurants. our stay was made a really nice experience.

Directv was a plus along with the kitchen.

The pillows are far too firm. Other guests that do not control their kids. Young kids were running the halls at 11pm screaming.

Too much to state. Already gave my complaints to Best Western Regional Manager & received a "sorry".

The room was well furnished and huge with a sofa bed. The check-in was easy. The setting was gorgeous, just next door to the electrical outlet. Great service, as the staff were amicable.

The free breakfast was great.

The air conditioning was not working on second floor. The shower floors made loud noises when you stood on floor, apparently in other rooms also. The hallway floor carpeting was old and soiled.

I recently had a wonderful experience at a hotel in the Springville area. the value for money was exceptional, with prices that were very reasonable for the quality of the stay. The attention to detail in the rooms was evident, with clean and well-maintained facilities that exceeded my expectations.

All aspects of my stay were pleasant, as I had no major complaints.

As for me, rooms were tastefully decorated and huge with a jacuzzi, they offered wake-up service. The location was decent and easy - walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go. Plus it was in a safe area...
