I enjoyed the environment, staff from department I visited (reception, restourant, gym) were very friendly, also clients were friendly and could make new friends. Also enjoyed your Information system.
1, A little care needed when cleaning the bath basin. 2, The TV need to be a bit ,morden. The remote buttons were not working properly.

The food
I could not sleep the first night as the room was so cold, even with a small blow heater on. The heater blew out more noise that heat! 2Nd night I had to use two heaters to get the room warm - in late August.

The staff were very helpful. The swimming pool was open until 22.00 each day which was good after a day out walking.
The directions to the hotel could be better and more visible from Disley or Whaley Bridge. Sat Nav takes you all over the place. The hotel decoration seemed very tired. Breakfast choice was good but sometimes the cooked breakfast was cold despite being on a hot plate.

Just a very pleasant relaxing break friendly helpful staff.
Eror with the booking made both check in and check out difficult to say the least. Whilst receptionist was friendly and pleasant hardly appeared efficient.

Location and facilities Reception staff friendly and appeared reasonably helpful but not staying long enough to assess and did not need too much advice Staff in Spa/Health Club very helpful
Disappointed with impression waiting and bar staff gave. A lot of people rushing around but not particularly effective or paying attention to detail E.G. not clearing dirty glasses and dishes quickly; not wiping bar and tables promptly. Taylor in particular (in restaurant) very officious and in too much of a hurry - at 8.30/9.00 P.M. rushing orders and setting up breakfast tables while diners having evening meals. For this reason decided not to stay and eat in the bar or restaurant a second night. Bedroom clean but bathroom looking tired. Lighting dismal and not all working; no heating in bedroom although heating in main hotel.
