If there is a downside, the hotel is often more crowded than some others nearby, which can lead to pool crowding and/or hallway noise at times, but it's the side effect of the good price and service you get.
A nice enough hotel and the prices are quite reasonable.
7 people in our party and the staff upgraded us to a huge room with 2 beds and a sleeper sofa,also had microwave and full size fridge, all without charging extra.
The bed was comfortable and the staff was supportive of our needs for an early breakfast.
The staff is so friendly, the suites are comfortable and the continental breakfast is typical.
The room was gorgeous, continental breakfast was merely carbs -- bagels.
The view was amazing, staff was very friendly for the entire stay and the room was big.
I booked a weekend at Best Western, because they claimed to have a work out room and a bar/lounge and a restaurant on site.
Breakfast was good and the pool was nice.
Location was great for restaurants (shopping had we been interested) and the hospital.
There was a breakfast buffet served from 6 to 9, but when we went down at 9:30 we were still able to get something as the lady cleaned up.

Overall, a nice enough hotel with a decent looking pool and, although the place does feel a bit dated, I saw no reason to avoid it and I would stay there again if there were ever a need (unlikely for me - see note 1 below).
