    The hotel was quiet and for the price was fine.

    Staff was friendly and the bed was very comfortable.

    The bed was king sized and very comfortable.

    The room has iron and ironing board, large TV, coffee pot with accoutrements, and AC that works very, very well.

    We didn't hear any noise from adjoining rooms.

    The front desk clerk switched me to another room that wasn't even cleaned that morning.

    Warm up the pool water and good breakfast.

    The front desk was responsive to all our questions & requests.

    The manager called us with in 30 minutes of leaving and we quickly returned to the hotel.

    When I called to make the reservations I asked if the was a pet fee and was told no.

    I questioned the charge and the manager very rudely told me "You can argue about it if you want but we've had so many problems with you.

    I know that it's my fault that the dog was barking but the manager was extremely rude and did not handle the situation properly.

    The only things that they need to improve would be to have wireless internet and warm up the pool water.

    Hotel was clean, the staff were all very friendly and the room had nice amenities such as a microwave.

      The manager would not give us the AARP rate that we had confirmed over the phone, the pool doesn't open until 10am and checkout is at 11am, when I called after we had returned home, the manager rudely answered my question, said that I had been difficult to deal with (really?
