  The view was beautiful and the pool was clean and close to the ocean. The price was great, staff were wonderful and my room was partially cleaned for each of the three days I was there. All the appliances in the kitchenette worked just fine.

  Overall the stay was not impressive and lobby was closed at 7am and no one on duty. The sheets were stained and a stained washcloth, the owners were not very friendly nor accommodating.

  This beach is not crowded at all, the price is good the location is great and the beds are upgraded to the better quality hotels are now using. The free breakfast is continental style and is ok, the king suite is the best, the sheets and blanket seeemed clean enough.

  The pool, and beach were lovely as can be, the location from S Atlantic Ave was great too. The room was very clean and was a comfortable stay, over charged us from price we paid online. The staff were friendly, i refused to bath here and just wished i had slept in my car.

  Breakfast was limited, the owner was not helpful at all.

  Pool was nice, area clean, price was great and the staff were very accomodating, welcoming and nice. Rooms were very big.

  Hotel was expensive for a basic stay, owner of property was rude and disrespectful.

  Great location, any rate under $75 is probably a reasonable for this place and the room was quite clean is of an utmost priority to us.

  For a beach motel is very reasonable, clean and we enjoyed the oceanfront view, the decor has been updated and the beds are comfy, the rooms are average and adequate.
