The hotel in Tours is a clean place with amazingly kind staff. the double room includes a balcony and an air conditioner. Private underground parking is available for only £93. the hotel offers a nice view of the skyline and good wifi. It is definitely my hotel of choice in Tours.

The location was ideal and handy, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a Roman Catholic church. The restaurant was good for evening meals, we ordered hot dishes.

Convenient location in a nice area. I visited Jardin Des Prebendes, which was just a short distance away. The double room I booked was comfy with air conditioning and a sofa bed. 🌿

The hotel's proximity to a beautiful neo-Byzantine church was fantastic. Our superior king room was spacious and seemed freshly renovated.- The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, just as we anticipated.

During our recent business trip to Tours, we had a fantastic stay at a hotel conveniently located just off the motorway. The location was ideal, as it was within easy walking distance of the city's main train station and the beautiful cathedral and Old Town. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with directions and recommendations for local festivals and attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, and the breakfast served each morning was superb, offering a delicious variety of options. We were also pleasantly surprised to find complimentary amenities such as a Nespresso coffee machine and a welcome gift of a free bottle of water. the hotel provided excellent service and amenities, making our stay enjoyable and comfortable.

The access to the hotel's car park was a bit tight, which may pose a challenge for larger vehicles.

Particularly helpful staff go out of their way to assist guests (highly commended). Hotel is well located on a quiet street near station, shops, restaurants. Breakfast is good value. Would stay here again.

Parking access is difficult, breakfast coffee is awful.

Location was convenient for railway station, airport shuttle bus, information centre (tour pick up point) and 10 min walk to the old city centre. Cafe beside railway station was adequate for breakfast. Hotel staff always friendly and helpfull

We had a fantastic stay here! The location is so convenient, just a stone's throw away from the train station. The staff were incredibly helpful, giving us maps and recommendations for things to do in the area. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a free bottle of water and even a coffee machine with complimentary capsules. The breakfast was delicious, especially the coffee. we felt very comfortable and pampered during our stay.

The restaurant was great for evening meals and for every budget. everything was great at Best Western Plus L'Artist Hotel in Tours. the staff were friendly, the atmosphere was quiet, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. the rooms were lovely, featuring a sofa for added comfort. the hotel's location was fantastic, within a short walk to a Roman Catholic basilica, and the on-site restaurant offered delicious meals suitable for any budget.

The hotel staff were all very attentive and helpful. We spent three nights so they got to know us and our little quirks. They had good recommendations for dinners, too; however, we are happy to add another: on Rue Colbert, Cap Sud has delicious cuisine presented exquisitely. We found it by happenstance as the hotel-recommended Le Petit Patrimoine was closed one evening.

Keeping water from escaping the shower was difficult. The floor usually got soaked.

Hello We had a nice stay at your hotel.The breakfast was good but thebar was empty of many drinks.Only a little beer,no lemonade andvery few other drinks.Plenty of Whisky!!!!! Not much choice and whenyou want to relax in the evening with friend it could of been better withmore choice of drinks.

The hotel's location is fantastic as it is just a short walk from the main train station and close to restaurants, shops, and bars. The modern and spacious rooms, complete with comfortable beds, offer an excellent stay. The breakfast with a wide selection of items is perfect for starting the day.

The hotel's service needs improvement as reported by some guests, making it a little disappointing.

Location was excellent, near railroad station and close to center of town and attractions. Staff knowledgeable and very helpful in problem solving above and beyond the call of duty. Very pleasant stay. Would go back any time.
