the hotel was stunningly beautiful and great with excellent personnel. there were exceptionally comfortable beds and a mini fridge bar, an iron and ironing board, and a work desk in the king room. plus it had incredible view of sea. our stay there was pleasant.

The staff at Best Western was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We were impressed by the prompt and efficient service from the lobby staff, especially Hotel Manager Felipe Cortes, who was gracious and courteous throughout our stay. When we had a flat tire on our rental car, Felipe arranged for it to be fixed in the parking lot within an hour. The views of the ocean from our room were breathtaking, and the hotel even upgraded us to a spacious two-bedroom suite at no extra charge. We were given great recommendations for nearby restaurants and beaches, making our experience in Manzanillo even more delightful. Despite a few minor issues like a lack of kids menu in the restaurant and limited service at the pool, our overall stay at Best Western Plus Luna Del Mar was wonderful. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family. we had a memorable and enjoyable time at Best Western and would love to return in the future.

The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a safe. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room service was prompt and efficient. The hotel also had a beautiful indoor swimming pool and spa center, which was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring.

Easter at a beach hotel was just what we needed. The complimentary breakfast buffet was a nice touch, offering a variety of tasty options. The hotel's proximity to the beach and local restaurants was a key advantage, allowing us to easily walk to different places. The view from our room was breathtaking, we could see the ocean from our window while sipping our coffee in the morning.

The hotel was under maintenance during our Easter stay. This meant that we had to deal with a lot of noise and dust which was bothersome.

Despite some minor service issues mentioned in the guest directory, the staff shows enthusiasm in accommodating guests. The rooms are stylishly designed with a blue/white color scheme and the swimming pool is clean and inviting. Guests appreciate the small fridge in the room, allowing them to keep beverages cold for their adventures.

Some guests were disappointed by the lack of elevator at the hotel.
