          The location is awesome and the hotel is located in a beautiful. Santiago is a magnificent city, full of grand buildings and parks, the rates are quite reasonable, staff are all really nice and helpful. The rooms are great very spacious absolutely spotless.

          Location was good and the hotel staff spoke perfect English and were very helpful. And the rate was excellent too, the breakfast was included and had a decent variety for a continental style breakfast, the room was very comfortable for us and the 2 twin beds exceeded expectations. The food was great.

          The restaurants in the area were great, from the hotel was different private houses and the price was excellent and we would highly recommend this property. Staff kept spotless and i decided not to complain, because the room itself was just fine. Wireless worked, breakfast was decent and the coffee was good.

          Subway station losleones is walking distance makes a convenient location and the hotel is in a nice little neighborhood next to the Mapoche River. Front desk staff are excellent and the rooms are lovely, clean and spacious.

          The location couldn't be any better, the hotel is a pleasant hotel hidden in a quiet neighborhood of Santiago and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Great shower and free safety deposit box.
