The rooms were also spacious and well decorated with a very nice bathroom.

Very large bathroom in each room, the food was excellent.

An extremely pleasant surprise is the very modern and very large bathroom in each room!

Stayed for 4 nights, the rooms are very clean & tidy with a very large bathroom.

There was even plenty of room for a separate bathtub for those who prefer a nice long soak.

Just back from a holiday in the highlands and stayed at this hotel, and I couldn't have been happier with the hotel itself, the bar and restaurant or the the very attentive staff.

However what let this hotel down in a BIG WAY was the food – both breakfast and evening meal.

Breakfast is brilliant the black pudding is very tasty, comes from a butcher for sure better than standard stuff also dinner was good.

Some might consider the public areas of the main hotel (once a Victorian mansion) to be a bit gloomy, but the modern conservatory restaurant is excellent and also overlooks the garden.

The breakfasts were okay, but the one dinner we had was a disappointment and not good value for money.

Dining was everything we could hope for - attention to detail and service from a very discreet staff made us feel a million pounds!

It is everything I look for in a hotel when travelling on business, friendly staff, great food and good service.

This coupled with the usual friendly attentive staff and excellent food and drink make me think that this must be the business travellers destination of choice for Inverness.

Ample parking, its a little bit out of town so really only for visitors with a car will find it fine.

Easily one of the best garden hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying!

We dined under a glass enclosure with great views of the garden.

Wireless internet access is available throughout and is free of charge - a great feature for those travelling on business.

Both times my rooms were in the main hotel building, the first being much larger than the second but both were well furnished, clean and exceeded my expectations.

Our room (10) was fairly small compared to some other hotels, but was clean.

The bathroom had been recently renovated and was clean and bright with a great shower.

We were in the new, garden wing, and in addition to an extremely comfortable, clean, spacious, and modern room, we had a walk-out onto our own terrace overlooking the gardens.
