  Good location, real value for money and fabulous 5 days at a great price. Staff were all excellent, room was huge and the breakfast was lovely, freshly made to order and very quick.

  I loved the view out to the sea from my bedroom window and we liked nothing the hotel is dingy and a throw back to the 80'S. Excellent staff very helpful couldnt wish for better.

  The location to the beach couldn't be beaten and the position of the hotel is excellent. The reception staff are polite and cater for all you requirments.

  Excellent location and lovely setting. Reception staff friendly,polite and efficient, great room. Terraces pleasant and good breakfast.

  Rude and unhelpful to sum up, pillows extremely uncomfortable, the toilet looked dirty.

  The lovely views from our bedroom window and very Comfortable stay. The staff were excellent and the room was kept clean. The young waitresses at the evening meal and at breakfast were particularly good.

  Location was great, a nice 10/15 minute walk into town, the room, as well as the hotel, was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable, the majority of the the staff were polite and helpfull. The food was excellent.

  The public areas were very nice, the whole hotel was extremely hot and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and the bar food was fine to the standard one would expect of bar food.

  Lovely hotel in abeautiful setting, great service and looks nice glinting on the water. Good breakfast and staff.

  The premises badly needs a refurbishment, noisy as above kitchen.

  Just back from a three night stay at the livermead cliff, very helpful staff and nice public rooms. Breakfasts also a good variety.
