The nice view, and the choice for breakfast.

the service by the staff was second to none, excellent

both my mother and i had single rooms which even though we paid single supliments, we found the room in need of updating . decor was tired and the rooms were very small and cramped

          The view

The service was dreadful on arrival the staff ignored me and carried on with their own personal conversation on departure I had to wait fo 15 mins for the porter to arrive to check me out as he was having "a coffee". Food was served to my room without any plate covers Staff gave a very poor impression of this particular hotel

The location was excellent and the sun terrice made the stay!

The twin room was small so to were the beds which were also low and uncomfortable. The pillows and bedding were nice and clean but we found them hard to sleep with.

location, size of the room, number 17 ,and the amazing view

we had a baby cot in our room which had a cigarette burn in and was a little worse for wear,i also think the carpet needed a good hoovering as you could see dog hairs from the previous guests.I can also advise the hi-chairs we used in restaurant were unsafe as my 16 month son fell out due to no straps to hold him secure, he leaned forward on the food tray which gave way .Luckily he was uninjured, little things like this which dont cost the earth make all the difference.

The friendly welcome and general friendliness of all the staff, the excellent food - the evening meal was wonderful and real value for money, and the lovely views from our bedroom window.

There was nothing that we didn't like. The 2 small failings were noted on the hotel questionaire and I am sure will be rectified, one was rectified by reception as soon as we brought it to thier attention I.E. coffee ect. Not replenished on the hospitality tray. The other was the lack of a hairdrier in the room. I did not need one so it was not a problem but it was drawn to the hotel's attention.
