The hotel had very helpful employees from the front desk to housekeepers. The setting was absolutely perfect, not far from downtown, Washington and Lee, and the historical sites in Lexington. The view from the balcony of our well-appointed room was beautiful.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great. We also enjoyed the cute duck they placed in the room to encourage us to take pictures all over town.

When we got to our room, it smelled stale, so we turned the AC on. After leaving for a few hours, we returned and the room still wasn't cold. Turned out, the two chairs and table that was squeezed into the room was blocking the unit, so we had to move furniture around to get air flowing. The bed was also uncomfortable. Housekeeping also came really early in the morning.

Convenient location for my purposes.

Spick and span place with super friendly and really professional staff. The rooms are a good size and seem like they were just built - made my road trip all the more enjoyable. Plus, there's a bathtub in the bathroom! 🛁

This place has a great location in a quiet area, with really friendly staff and fairly spacious rooms equipped with a fridge and microwave.

The addition of a microwave, coffee/tea making facilities, and a fridge in the double room was a nice touch. We particularly enjoyed the wake-up service that was available. The location was cozy and quiet for Lexington, with great attractions and a grocery store just a short walk away.

The bed was comfortable and breakfast was good

Exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work and must not have worked for a while, black mold was on the ceiling. People stood outside their room to smoke so when you went outside you would walk into the smoke.

Location was convenient to highway and Blue Ridge Parkway.

Breakfast was awful for any vegan. Or vegetarian. Eggs brought out in a plastic bag and poured into serving tray hot!

The location here is great, right next to the city square with good restaurants and gas stations nearby.

We loved the rooms with a huge king bed - so comfy! The location here is super convenient, close to a couple of restaurants within walking distance. 🛌

The bed in the double room was exceptionally comfortable. The location was particularly good and easy to explore everything smoothly. Very close to restaurants, a museum, and trendy eateries.

Convenient location.

Room never got cleaned the second day. Ran out of shampoo. Had to call for more then had to get dressed to go get it. Open bag of potato chips under sink, I informed the front desk but it wasn't taken care of . Toilet ran the entire time. Informed front desk but wasn't taken care of , had to sleep with bathroom door closed.
