Great location in the heart of the city, close to all the attractions and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was satisfying.

The noise from the street could be bothersome, especially during the night. the room lacked proper soundproofing, making it difficult to sleep peacefully.

The location here is fantastic with a great steakhouse nearby, the staff are friendly, and my experience was wonderful.

If you want to eat nearby, try La Brasserie des Thermes, which is situated 900 ft away. Even the Liege airport was not so far. It was definitely 3 stars for us. Here we stayed next to Survival Life.

The hotel/restaurant staff were unfriendly and treated guests as an inconvenience. The hotel lacks a reception area and the check-in is tiny.

We enjoyed our stay in this central hotel. The staff was professional and friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It is in a secure area and just a short walk to the spa on top of the mountain. We highly recommend eating at La Tonnellerie or any of the other great restaurants around. Parking was available nearby, and transportation was convenient.

Location 5 minutes from the thermes and the casino. Also not far from Spa-Francorchamp circuit. I was impressed by the granit shower.
