the breakfast was large and above average with plenty of food, everybody can choose. the location of this hotel was favourable.

We spent 1 night in beautifully maintained a double room with an open air shower. Location: the hotel was very close to the main road warung laota.

The staff were excellent, hospitable and pleasant. Reasonable food prices and good quality. Decent buffet breakfast. Swift resolution of issues. Close proximity to the airport. Public pool with pool bar. Comfy and clean rooms. Outdoor showers provided a unique experience. Convenient location near food stalls, money changer, and bike rentals.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Plonge pool was excellent! Like your own private pool outside! Food was great, staff are unbelievably friendly! Location was grand 20 minute walk from the clubs and pubs or just bargain down a taxi!

Do not get your laundry done, so so so expensive and do not use there phone for international calls extremely expensive.

PICKUP: no one showed up, we were waiting almost 1 h for transport after I called 5x to hotel whether I should take taxi. CHECK-IN: extremely long and rude staff, no apologize room: a lot of minor and major problems: loudly over the nigh: aircon, sounds outside from room, slashing doors, you can hear everything, shower with no hot water, not clean for 100% - see photo. SPA: when we booked 1x it was booked only for 1 person, so we have to wait for another day. SPA room is bright, no music, you can hear the sounds of the streets: car, motorbikes, talking ... ceiling with mold, no hot beverage after spa, no English speaking staff AROUND HOTEL: horrible CHECK-OUT: I was charged 3 days before arrival, but on check out I did not receive any invoice about this payment, then I asked and staff was very surprised why I want it .. I also wanted to meet with manager, but no one showed up ... I recommend AVOID this hotel, I was happy when we left from this nightmare. Hotel looks beautiful, but stupid staff can destroy your holiday. Since manager refused to meet with me I assume they don’t care whether I was happy or not.

Stunningly beautiful and clean place offers savoury breakfast and great location to the restaurant downstairs for dinner. Absolutely brilliant and good rooms, free Wi-Fi is a huge plus! The staff are amazing and absolutely amazing, offer nice services. There's great salad bar with delicious beverages. Nothing too much trouble, I do recommend staying here.

Nothing not to love.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast offered a good selection. We appreciated that the hotel was located close to the airport and near some quieter beaches. The pool was smaller than expected but clean and enjoyable.

We booked for Villa room with plunge pool. The staff were friendly, we're late checked in with a little bit worried with the booking since we've seen some bad experiences posted by the previous guests. But everything was run fine and smooth, the room we stayed was lovely, the breakfast was good and the taxis were easy to reach.

The location is about 10 minutes by car to kuta, but for the return way it takes up to 20 minutes. If that amount of time doesn't make you a hard time, than I don't have any more complaint to say.

The hotel is located in a convenient area near the airport and close to the beach, making it an ideal starting point for tours around the island. The staff is friendly and the breakfast selection is very nice. there are free shuttle services from the hotel.

Some aspects of the hotel, such as room cleanliness and functioning amenities, can be improved.

The room very cozy & nice the best it comes with a pool which is very private. Intend to come back stay at this villa, very family oriented, peace & private. JOB WELL DONE BY THE TEAM OF STAFFS & MANAGEMENT!!

The price

Smoking in restaurant when people are eating. There should be an area for smokers away from people eating. Also the location not in walking distance of any decent restaurants

The roomis clean. Wi-fi connection is good.

The bed in the room should be changed. It is getting soft around the middle and causing backpain. There are so many flies in the restaurant during breakfast, we got busy shooing them away while eating. I hope the hotel find a way to deal with them, since seeing flies on your foods doesn't boost anyone's appetite. The salad bar provide minimum option with just carrots stick and tomatos apart from lettuce.
