Best Western Kampa Hotel Prague - 布拉格

Well situated in the Kampa Garden next to the river and great location.

The location was perfect - close to everything, the hotel was a huge disappointment and the staff was really nice.

The location is excellent - 5 mins walk from the Charles Bridge, this hotel is very close to the Historic center.

3ème point: nous devions rejoindre la gare de bus de Florenc à 22h pour reprendre notre car, nous avions donc démandé à la réception de nous commander un taxi pour 21h.

En fait les gens de l'hotel nous avait appellé un taxi de LEUR compagnie et non un taxi normal, merci de prévenir quoi!

Our rooms where large, with a kingside bed, lovely furnishings, a safe, sat tv.

While the accommodation and reception staff were excellent throughout, I could not say the same for the Bar & Restaurant.

I have to disagree with the poster who says to try the mexican restaurant nearby -- we did out of curiosity more than anything to see how it compared to the mexican restaurants in the states, and it was overpriced and awful.

Friendly hotel staff, the maid service efficient and they moved us to a better room.

The huge place was empty except for a table of Russian tourists, the reception staff were pleasant.

Nice view at the Hradcany, hotel courteous and reception staff were excellent throughout.

However, the biggest problem I had was with the smell of food in the lobby and sometimes even in the floor halls.

The first time, they put us in a coverted broom cupboard on the top floor, next to the noisy lift motor.

Very nice stay in the city, the staff was exceptionally friendly made our travel bookings in a jiffy and the room was kept spotless.
