We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the highway, making travel easy. Additionally, the rooms were clean and comfortable.

We really enjoyed staying at best western hotel jena. Cozy base for your vacations in Jena. It is near the airport. Location, easy walk to all attractions.

The food was tasty here! Plus, it's super convenient being right in front of the train station 🚆.

The hotel has great access to the autobahn, making it convenient for travelers. The service at this place is top-notch. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The room amenities are fantastic, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The hotel also offers a variety of leisure facilities, including a spa and wellness center, sauna, and massage services. The on-site restaurant serves delicious food and the bar area is perfect for unwinding after a long day.

The beds with 1.40 width are a bit narrow for 2 persons, unless you are on your honeymoon.

As a family, we loved the spacious family room that easily accommodated all three of us. The hotel's free shuttle service to our training venue nearby was a convenient bonus. We also enjoyed the USB port on the TV, which was especially useful for non-native speakers like ourselves. Additionally, the renovated bathroom and well-maintained property added to our overall positive experience.

I had a peaceful night with a great view of the city. The hotel was clean and the employees kept everything in good shape. The renovated bathroom looked new and the bed was comfortable. I also appreciated the USB port on the television. The hotel's parking lot had plenty of slots available. Additionally, the restaurant was superb.

The room was clean, the staff friendly, and easy to find. Plus it happens to be a short two minute walk from friends who live in the area.

There was no WiFi signal in my room, so the wifi access code I was given was useless. There was also no reading light next to the bed -- the ceiling lights were industrially bright and useless for reading in bed. Overall the room felt a bit sterile and not particularly cozy. The hotel's location is, for anybody without a car, probably not the greatest -- a 7-10 minute walk from public transit that takes you to the city center and train station in 15 minutes.
