The venue is clean. Excellent and perfect location right by restaurants, shops, and sodas on Pastor Diaz and the jungle. The hotel offers outstanding milk and chocolate for breakfast. Well-maintained rooms complete with bathrooms, a patio. Staff is especially helpful and very amiable.

The pool area was very clean and the location was magnificent and perfect, not far from the parks and nearby shops and restaurants. Our room was well-kept and reasonably large, included with simple things like blankets and balconies and bathrooms.

The location is stunning, and there are many activities available. The breakfast was inclusive and wonderful. The beds in our family room were nice. The staff was hard-working, helpful, and delightful. Excellent services included free wake-up calls and ironing.

Great and fab setting in the lovely area, near to the jungle, the mountains or the jungle, and convenient. Again, not far from Bambu. Variety of appetising food for meals.

I loved the room with a balcony, it was so nice to have that outdoor space. The bed was really comfortable too. The staff were amazing, super friendly and just a pleasure to interact with. The service was top-notch. Plus, they have parking on site 🚗.

Great food, hygiene, great area, plenty of drinks, enough beach chairs available .. For a few days all inclusive in CR absolutely recommended.

Warm pool, animators were very unmotivated - you could tell that they were not in the mood

Staff was very friendly, food, very rich offer and tasty. The rooms are very clean; the whole complex very well maintained.

Room very meagerly furnished, missing, incl. balcony, comfortable seating. No German language TV (e.g. DW). Mattresses in bed way too hard. Too few sun beds or shady places in the pool and beach area. Except Saturdays, no evening entertainment. Most guests wear casual clothing (Axel shirts, some swimwear), especially during dinner

The staff here are dedicated and always ready to assist, and the parking is convenient; the room is recently renovated, featuring a patio, balcony, and more powerful air conditioning.

excellent and beautiful location right on the ocean, close to nightclubs and bars. besides, easy to get to parque johannes dankers, only 5 minutes walk. neat and functional room with a balcony and a storage.
