Best Western Inn On The Park Madison - 麦迪逊

The hot tub located on the balcony area above the pool is rather small and the location of this hotel is awesome.

Overall, nice location and it met our needs for the night.

The good: great downtown location, friendly staff.

Location was excellent and was chosen so the 4 of us didn't have to drive or rely on getting a cab at the end of the night.

Also, the alarm clock was broken and only played a hispanic music station at full volume- it can get you up in a hurry, though!

Our room was very large, and had one king bed.

OK, this hotel is convenient to downtown, but after that it suffers from age, thin walls, old beds and staff who kept up loud room- to-room chatter while cleaning the rooms.

Room was nice size with 2 queen beds, nice view and was clean.

The bathroom was updated and very nice and the staff, including room attendants, were very nice.

We went to bed at 10:30pm and there were people running up and down the halls blowing on kazoos.

It appears the restaurant was recently renovated.

The hotel is very clean and the food is great.

And while it's not fancy, the food isn't standard hotel fare, either, and better than I've had at many chain hotels.

The lounge was a great place to have a few drinks and unwind.

At best, it is old and needs updating and the staff is not service oriented, including the manager and it always starts at the top.

They have valet parking which was nice when we checked in, but at checkout we had to wait 20 minutes to get our car while the front desk staff were on the computer looking at a staff's seats for a concert.

Friendly staff, free internet and a great facility for business meetings.

The staff is quite nice, and the complimentary valet parking was speedy.

I much enjoyed the clean, albeit dated, swimming pool.

The pool area seemed a little old, but large bright and clean.

I had a hard time sleeping every night because of people talking in the hallways, doors slamming shut and elevator doors dinging all night.

The staff was very accomodating, the room was clean and efficiently at no extra charge - was a lovely treat to have breakfast in my pjs.

Dont expect anything fancy, the service was ample and the room was clean and decent size.

All staff were incredibly polite and helpful, the room was clean enough.

Our room on the 7th floor had a decent view, and was quite clean.
