The swimming pool was green and completely unusable as was the hot tub the entire time I was there but on day 7 some guy used a pump, emptied the green water into the street and then put clean water in without scrubbing the walls of the pool.

One extra small trashcan for the whole room.

On top of all this the house keeping staff comes in and out of your room multiple times durring the day.

The place is dirty, there was an old cardboard beer case stuck inside of an intake vent near the bathroom.

I was afraid to leave any valuables in the room because of the shady characters cruising the unsecured parking lot at all hours.

The continental breakfast in the morning was very limited in what was offered and was not good.

I am so disappointed with Booked.net that I may never use their service again.

We made the reservation, thinking that being a Best Western, it would be a nice hotel.

Their idea of boat parking is to back your boat into a spot and unhook it from your truck.

Best place in del rio, the staff was beyond helpfull and the rooms were very clean.
