Problems started, no tissues, 1 bath towel for 3 people, static in cable, etc.
The room was filthy, the phone didn't work and when we asked the front desk to replace it, the said the were short staffed and couldn't.
Because I didn't pack up, and request moving to another room in the middle of a COLD rainy night, I was made to feel the lack of eminities and service was my fault for not asking.
It's Christmas, was the excuse for lack of service.
Stay at the best western chains because the majority are now renovated, bathroom would not meet my standards of clean.
