BEST WESTERN Kelowna Hotel & Suites

The location is excellent and friendly atmosphere started off by receptionist from Helensburgh.

Good location, nice design and price reasonable.

The lake from our tower room was spectacular and the location was excellent for us as a base camp to get to downtown.

Very good location for shopping and nice Hotel.

Location is uninspiring - our balcony gave us a view of Safeway, and it is not possible to get to the lakeside on foot unless you like walking a lot and have all day to spare.

Worse was to come - on finally locating the room we found one bed instead of the two we had booked.

It was pointed out to me that there was a sofa bed in the room that one of us could use - no thanks!

However it did appear that the hotel also has a couple of wings of more traditional motel type rooms which may not be to the same standard as the room we booked.

We had a room with 2 Queen beds in the main part of the hotel.

Our room and bathroom were superb, virtually up to 5 star standard at 3 star prices.

Doing breakfast that way saves a lot of time compared to eating in a restaurant.

The bathroom nice, robe's comfortable and soft, the continental breakfast w/waffle bar.

The restaurant was ok but pricey, the free breakfast was fine as long as we got there early enough not to get killed in the crush.

A Continental buffet breakfast is included and there was plenty of food served in a friendly atmosphere.

The restaurant offered outstanding food and the staff was very friendly.

The great view was a bonus, our departure from the hotel was equally friendly and efficient, service at the front desk was always good.

The reception staff were extremely unhelpful and said that there were no other rooms available.

Service at the front desk was always good, the rooms are clean and newly furnished in a bright spartan style.

The front desk staff was uninterested in our concerns when we informed them the next day at check out.

The pool area was great, its an indoor outdoor kind of pool were one whole wall opens up to the outside.

The older part of the hotel, called the motor court,on the back side they said was going through a face lift but we didn't see anything or hear anything.

The pool is very nice and a relaxing place to sit and read.

The Best Western Inn Kelowna is an outstanding hotel and the rooms are clean.

The place is nice and clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, the hot tubs are great.

This hotel is excellent for families have young children and the rooms are clean.

The room was very clean, breakfast was free and the pool was very nice.
