The staff at the Quality Inn & Suites Southport was excellent

The room was very comfy with a cozy bed. The breakfast was hot and wonderful, including toast, salsa, and a waffle maker. The hotel's location on the market was marvelous and comfy

Location : the hotel was short walk to a quiet area with a variety of restaurants within walking distance or short drive and an excellent steakhouse and several restaurants. Local fast food option Wendy's was 5 minutes walk away.

The breakfast here is amazing, especially with cheese and salsa.

The services here were great, the room was perfectly clean and impeccable with a whirlpool, TV, and fridge.

I was greeted as soon as I came thru the door by a very nice lady. She was very friendly and curtious. My check in was smooth. I thought my room was very nice. I was very pleased at the convience of the restraunts close as I was traveling alone. The parking lot was lite well so I felt safe being by myself. I will look forward to staying there again if I ever come to Indy again. Lovely stay. Very Pleased!

The hotel is clean and the staff is nice. The location is great - it's in a safe area and close to grocery shopping, restaurants like Bob Evans, Starbucks, Waffle House, and Uno Chicago Grill. The rooms are nice, with whirlpool baths, and there's a clean pool. The breakfast selection is warm and enjoyable, with options like cheese and salsa.

The staff went out of their way to help us get the kind of room that we wanted. They also searched for maps for us. The breakfast was good, and there were lots of restaurants nearby for other meals. The cost of the hotel was excellent for everything we received. The safe in the room for our valuables was a plus that many hotels do not have.

The road into the hotel was difficult to find and to gain access to. Directional signs could be better placed.

The room was clean. The fridge kept items cold and available. Nice hot and enjoyable breakfasts with salsa and baked goods. The staff were all extremely friendly.

Our recent stay here was fantastic. Our room was new and cozy, featuring a lovely bedroom with a relaxing whirlpool tub. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it hard to leave them in the morning. The service was top-notch, adding to the overall great experience. 😊

In comparison to other hotels for this particular night it was priced fair. It's a smaller hotel and was very quiet and you didn't have to fight a crowd at the complimentary breakfast.

I don't think it met my expectations based on the reviews from other customers. Reviews were as as good as most 3 and 4 star hotels in Indianapolis and I've stayed in equal or better. Don't get me wrong, there wasn't anything particularly wrong w/the hotel, it just doesn't deserve the 8 out of 10 ratings it received (probably more of a high 6 or 7.)

The room was clean and quiet. Bathroom was very clean. Good value for the money. Enjoyed the breakfast and variety offered. Helpful staff, upgraded our room. Housekeeping refreshed the room daily. Great location near restaurants.
