My Christmas stay couldn't have been better! The rooms were spacious and clean, with great amenities like a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. What I loved the most was the delicious Christmas breakfast - full of festive treats like gingerbread cookies and mulled wine. The hotel's location is also great, with easy access to shops and restaurants within walking distance.
There were a few downsides to my stay. The check-in process was a bit disorganized, and there was only one staff member at the desk who seemed overwhelmed.

According to one guest, the hotel staff did not accept credit cards and forced them to pay in cash.
