The hotel is located near a great shopping outlet, Fashion Fish, which is wonderful for branded bargain hunters. the hotel is right next to the train station, which is great for quick travel. The rooms are spacious and very clean, with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is good with plenty of options. The hotel also has a fitness room and hammam for guests to enjoy.

There is no free internet access available, which can be inconvenient for some guests.

The scents in the hallway and room could be better. On the 3rd floor is the open fitness centre and from the restaurant you can smell the kitchen. Otherwise very good hotel

I loved the location of this hotel, as it was close to the outlet mall and had free parking. The staff was welcoming and my check-in was a breeze. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the hotel really stood out to me.

Location is perfect for those biking Mitteland no. 5 (300 m from the route). We stayed at this hotel twice in the past month--each time we could check in quite late. The restaurant has very good food--both for dinner as well as breakfast buffet. The hotel staff has been very helpful during both stays and they do speak good English. They were also flexible with our last booking where we removed the extra bed charge from our reservation upon arrival when our party decreased by one person.

No air conditioning the my room (3rd floor) so i kept the window open. I had to sleep with a lot of mosquitos in the room.

Room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds to ensure a good night's sleep. The gym and spa were definitely a plus, offering a relaxing experience after a long day of sightseeing.
