Great value for money and a comfortable room with nice amenities. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and there are plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.

The location is very central. There is also a public parking garage right next door (for a fee). The room was fine. A little dated, but well-groomed. Breakfast took place in the neighbouring restaurant. The choice was very large. All the food we tasted was delicious. The selection of coffee specialities is good.

The W-Lan worked only badly in the room, but that could have been due to too many networks in the surrounding area.

To get to my room, I had to go through the Pincho restaurant. Rather not so pleasant.

They are just very small rooms. We could not choose much, because in Sweden rarely a hotel takes dogs. This one does. Cleanliness is top. Suitable for overnight stays. The location was of course top class. You could nicely visit the city centre of Karlstad. Parking garage cost about 15€, dog about 25€.

This hotel is located in the center of town, almost just across from the railway station. It's a perfect location if you want to walk around and explore the city. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is quite plentiful with tasty hot and cold choices. The rooms are functional, clean, and ample in storage space.

One downside is the lack of night service after a certain time.

The breakfast was plentiful and everything you need was available. The room was dark, like in a bar (which also the same). Staff was very friendly and helpful

They are currently rebuilding, so it was loud.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with excellent service from the friendly staff. Our room was clean and had a window that opened for fresh air. Transportation was a breeze as it was located directly opposite the train station and in the city centre of the bustling square. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered great variety with gluten-free and vegan options.

Nice staff. Nice location. If you come by public transport, it's just opposite to central station. If you drive, it's just next to the public parking.

The public parking cost 140sek per 24hrs. (Not 100sek per day as stated) It's 12sek per hr, up to max. 140Sek.

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in a great location. This place is just a stone's throw away from the town center and is situated across from the train station, making it extremely convenient for travelers. The service I received at the front desk was truly exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations, offering a wide range of options including gluten-free and vegan choices. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms, as well as the ability to open the window for fresh air.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to my family.

Convenient Location and Friendly Staff

During my stay at this hotel over the Christmas holiday, what I liked most was its location, which was very close to the train station and various restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. the staff were very friendly and attentive, making the stay more enjoyable. the room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable place to relax after a day of activities.

The hotel had some negative aspects that were disheartening. the rooms were outdated and in dire need of renovation.

The staff was excellent, and the place is comfortable and very reasonable in price.
