The staff was very-very nice and took care of us. The breakfast was reasonable with freshly squeezed orange juice, fruit, bacon, no reason to complain.

The room was superb and very large, with a small patio opening out to the adjacent fields, to enjoy the sunset and local bird life. The restaurant menu was extensive, with local dishes using fresh ingredients. The food was delicious, with the beef stew being out of this world. The staff were helpful and friendly, making sure our stay was enjoyable.

Some of the staff members could have been more friendly. It would have been nice to have more variety for breakfast, such as toasted options and different types of coffees.

45 euros buys you a comfortable bed, flat screen tv, decent if overpriced restaurant and internet access.

Possibly the smallest hotel room I've ever had, though just enough room for a double bed, so I guess it's a double. The bathroom is one of those moulded plastic all in one jobs like in ferry cabins and cheap French motel chains at half the price. Mediocre buffet breakfast.

I stayed here during the trip and truly enjoyed it. It was a really great stay for one night. The restaurant was awesome for dinner, I tried warm dishes. The location was peaceful and great and the staff were courteous.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff! Fantastic breakfast buffet! Bus from Groningen train station to Aduardaweg busstop is only a short walk to the hotel. Bike rental atthe hotel is great too! Food at the hotel is awesome, try the Stoofpot! Fantastic!

I'm a bug guy, 6'4. So howler is a bit small, water temp was difficult to control.

The location was quiet - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Excellent staff was available all the time.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it definitely exceeded my expectations. the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel, from the cleanliness to the comfortable rooms. I especially loved having a patio that faced farmland, offering a peaceful and scenic view. The location of the hotel, on the outskirts of the city, was perfect for those looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the main attractions. The breakfast included was a great start to the day, with a wide variety of fresh foods and delicious coffee. And let's not forget the wonderful beds that ensured a restful night's sleep. this hotel provided excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

All in all, everything was just fine.

It had a surprisingly quiet and perfect location right by Bar, Restaurant, Groningen and main attractions. Our room was well furnished and a nice size and provided with patio facing farmland, wondefulr beds, as example.

The rooms were neat and clean, though the one we were in was quite small. The breakfast was excellent and the price certainly very good. Location outside of Groningen very conventient. There is a whole new section availabe, but was booked for a wedding and another is under construction...so those facilities will be excellent, I think.

The reception desk was cluttered and a bit chaotic though they found our reservations easliy. It also seemed a bit understaffed, but those there were very helpful and accomidating.

Great value based on the 'smart price' rate I paid. Free parking & WiFi. Modern (if slightly small) rooms.
