This hotel in Romania really exceeded my expectations. the value for money was fantastic - I couldn't believe how affordable it was for such a comfortable stay. Secondly, the location was perfect, right across from a beautiful public park which separated the bustling commercial area from the peaceful upper part of town. It was also conveniently close to the center, making it easy to explore. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were clean and cozy, with the added bonus of having a balcony on the front side. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options.
All was just fine, couldn't ask for more.

The hotel was not what we expected. the hotel lacked proper signage, making it difficult to find.

Great location and view, easy to reach by taxi or a 20-minutes walk from the station. Everything necessary is within a 10-minute walk. The staff is friendly and polite and the restaurant offers good food.
The cleanliness of the room could be improved, as could breakfast. The water temperature was not consistent and the noise level could be quite high at times.
