  Excellent views to the Naples gulf, the polite hotel staff and very useful service and runs every 15 minutes. Lovely room, good breakfast and wine at reasonable prices.

  Location very good, fantastic views from the hotel and the restaurant, excellent accomdation, exceptional staff, very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and well maintained.

  Vesuvius and proximity to the cable car a block away, the hotel has a superb location to view the bay. The breakfast is very good.

  Nice view, the hotel Paradiso suited us just fine and the front desk staff most helpful. Good service in the restaurant, great choice.

  Our room faced away from the bay and poor accommodation.

  Naples bay, the city lights, and mt Vesuvius are beautiful at all times of the day/night, well, the view from many of the hotel's balconies is great.

  Surrounded by many good restaurants and absolutely a great choice.

  Excellent view poor service and breakfast, stop complaining. No other eathing places nearby and dated building. The style just feels old, staff sometimes not very nice and rooms very small.

  Magnificent view of Naples and near the train station. Nice place for dinner, the secured parking just across the street for 18€ is a good price and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is big.

  The kitchen should be better and restaurant does not open late.

  Best view in town and near the port to get ships to capri. Hotel is worth the money, the Botteghina bar across the street is famous for great pastries and snacks, the staff is helpful and the prices are reasonable. Rooms are very clean, restaurant are magnificent and in nice weather, an adjacent terrace would be a good choice.
