Best Western Hotel Paradiso Naples - 那不勒斯

Its location is a bit far from the center of Naples, but we were there to see Pompeii and Vesuvius, and the hotel's staff fixed us up with a private car and driver who spoke adequate English.

Good location in Naples, daytime sightseeing away from the hotel and free wi-fi a plus.

Nice view and hotel has an excellent location.

I booked taxis from the airport with Booked.net (there and back) and a tour with Booked.net for Pompei and Vesuvius.

WE got a taxi from the airport which is a very scary experience!

Rooms are small but intelligently furnished; bathrooms are even smaller but modernly furnished.

When we arrived and were shown our room ('rooms overlook the Bay of Naples' Booked.net) I could have cried.

The other problem was the bedrooms open out onto a verandah which all rooms on each floor open onto.

Our room was cleaned daily with fresh linen and towels, dirty ashtrays removed and clean ones put in their place.

The bar had in fact already closed and when we enquired at reception we were greeted with a shrug of the shoulders and told to use the mini bar in our room.

The restaurant at the top of the hotel (which we ate at only because of the aforementioned lack of restaurants in the neighborhood) did offer excellent views out across the bay and of Vesuvius, but the food was overpriced and decent, at best.

Naples and the view from the lobby & breakfast room/restaurant is amazing.

Very good location - nice safe arear of Naples, the stuff in the restaurant/breakfast is very friendly and kind.

The restaurant is situated so that it too has a magestic view, and one has the pleasure of dining on very good (and very expensive) food while gazing at the scenery below.

Dining in the terrace restaurant is a great experience; If you love great views and like a good Napolitan pasta, this is the place.

A hint about the recommended covered parking nearby: you have a rental car and excellent service of the staff at the front desk.

From the hotel terrace the view was fantastic, the breakfast terrific, although served by grumpy waiters, and the front desk staff most helpful.

Magnificent view of Naples, good hotel and the staff were very kind especially mario the receptionist.

The staff were difficult to locate - there was rarely anyone in the reception area.

However, the manners of the staff and the quality of the services in general are below everything.

The waiter service was dreadful - you could sit on the roof garden for up to 30 minutes and not see anyone you could order drinks from.

The terrace view is gorgeous, though you can get this at a great many other places.

The rooms were clean and well appointed albeit small.
