As guests with families, we loved the spacious rooms and the family-friendly facilities. The staff was excellent, offering helpful assistance and even making porridge for our youngest. The breakfast options were impressive, with a variety of choices and fresh fruit. The location next to the conference center was perfect, and the free parking was a bonus.

Rooms need renovation. Old equipment. No air conditioning. It cannot be considerd as a 4 star hotel. The location is 10 minutes drive from the city center. Reception Staff behavior was below average.

The family room was rather ascetic and modestly furnished, but the personnel were kind enough to upgrade us to a spacious suite.

The hotel does not have any air conditioning, which made our stay slightly uncomfortable when it was close to 30 C outside. Also, the suite had poor lighting. The breakfast room was surprisingly small considering the size of the hotel, but that was not a problem for us since it was off-season for business travellers.

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful, making us feel welcome right from the start. Plus, the breakfast included in our stay was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of choices to satisfy everyone's tastes.

The lack of air conditioning in the rooms, which made it a bit uncomfortable during the warmer days. the waiting time for the elevator was quite long, which was a bit frustrating at times.

very big room, it was perfect for a four people family parking and breakfast were ok - position was good both for shopping and visiting all around even if not in the city centre
