The hotel is in a nice quiet area, just across the road from the beach. The location on the tidal estuary is perfect for relaxing walks. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and spa, were top-notch. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The doors in the corridor where difficult with a wheelchair. There was no restaurant, however lots of choice around.

the wifi was inadequate and the person at the desk was not helpful when I asked for assistance. Facilities were provided but without milk and so we had to pay for our milk so can you call it facilities??? It was a great hotel when it was Best Western but not now and we won't be returning.

The lack of a restaurant on the premises was a major downside for me, as I expected meals to be included in the stay. the reception closed early, and the front door was locked at 9 pm, which was slightly inconvenient.
