Best Western Hotel La Solara Sorrento - 索伦托

We stayed at this lovely Hotel, exellent services, room with beautifull view, location quiet close to Sorrento town.

The location is beautiful and all are crucial in Sorrento.

The hotel is in a peaceful location overlooking the sea / cliffs.

The location on the hill overlooking the Italian Coastline was breath taking, the courtesy bus into town was easy to use and prevented the need for renting a car or taking a cab from Naples Airport.

From the moment that the front desk clerk met our taxi to the moment the courtesy van dropped us off at the train station I thought I had died and gone to heaven!

The room was a good size and the bed was large and very comfortable.

My room was excellent and I had no complaints with a huge king size bed.

The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful, the public rooms fresh and airy, the bedrooms spacious and comfortable; the pool area is well-supplied with shade as well as sun-beds and chairs, and the garden is an added bonus.

My room was very clean and at night your bed is turned down and a sweet left for you.

All the staff were very helpful nothing was to much trouble and i like the chocolate they left at the side of your bed at night (yummy).

There is a good view from the bar and dining room out to sea and as you eat dinner or sip a drink you can see the sun set across the bay, above the olive trees.

We found the food in the restaurant to be excellent but far to much for me to eat, but I am sure other would not find this a problem.

There was plenty to choose from at breakfast, but dinner was simply amazing every night - great food, generous portions, lots of choice, beautifully presented, and hot meals were always hot!

And then to go for evening meal without the hassle of searching for a decent restaurant, knowing you would not be disappointed really helped us totally relax.

The covered area was great if the sun got too much and the bar food was lovely.

The reception, bar, pool, resturant and maid service staff were all excellent.

The staff from the manager and front desk down to the chambermaids couldn't be more friendly and helpful and we felt well looked after, almost like part of the family!

Nice hotel and fantastic service from the staff.

Hotel's city shuttle every hour was very helpful and the staff were truly exceptional – all of them – combining brilliant service.

Overall the staff made up for the lack of facilities, no games room, no shop, no gym/sauna/jakuzi etc, just an ageing pool.

The only negative comments that we had, were that the hotel would be even better if it had a gym, or some other activities other than the just the pool.

Inviting pool area, shuttle bus was perfect and the most important things about this hotel was the large room.

The food was excellent, the rooms clean and tidy, and the one's facing the sea - what a view.

The room was a reasonable size and very clean, and we had a nice balcony (at extra cost) overlooking the sea.

We should make it clear that in all other respects the room(s) we occupied were very good.

The rooms are spotlessly clean and equipped with all that you might need for a holiday.

The 2 rooms we had were wonderful; very clean, spacious, quiet, well maintained and comfortable.
