Wonderful location, in front of the sea, beautiful swimming pool with no confusion.

Very, VERY, overtired bedrooms, paint peeling, wood chipped, furniture "distressed" - non-functioning shower, no hairdryer despite assertions that "all rooms have new hairdryers" wonderful view of the rubbish tip from our miniscule balcony.

First room we were offered was very dark and small - a single room with a double-bed, no space for a chair.

The new rooms are stylish and modern with plenty of cupboard space, flat screen tv, wet room shower and plenty of clean towels and toiletries.

We had a refurbished room with a new bathroom including a hairdryer BUT only a dribble of water from the shower which did not run away properly so you ended your shower standing in a pool of water.

Bed was huge and towels were both very clean.

Extensive buffet breakfast dining room is large, the only bar is in reception is a long way from the pool.

In addition our room was clean, the piano bar was luxurious and the breakfast buffet was extensive.

Breakfast and dinner was ok ; tipical Sicilian dishes and we drank good Sicilian wine.

It's a very fantastic hotel, with a large swimming pool and a big garden!

It would be rather cut off for anyone without their own transport and there is nothing to do if the weather is bad but the late summer that we got this year meant we could swim in the wonderful pool at the end of October.

Food was great and the swimming pool was fabulous.
