the gym facilities and spacious room/mini-suite at Best Western in Chateau-Thierry exceeded my expectations. The friendly staff and accommodating service, including refrigerating my breastmilk, made my stay even more enjoyable. The whirlpool bath in the room was a nice surprise.

Our bath syphon was blocked so each shower, water was building up. We mentioned it to the reception, but no action was taken. I expected a bigger room for a superior double room.

Once my booking was sorted, a great room. Helpful staff who had initially made an error but soon rectified it.

Prices for breakfast (12 euros), starters (minimum 14 euros), desserts (minimum 12 euros) were pretentious and over the top even in France! The hotel is well out of the town so we were restricted as to where we ate. Mix up over reservation. Poor disabled facilities - fantastic ramp outside then series of steep steps to lift which was very small.

Very welcoming and supper friendly staff, it was just perfect stay.

Located near popular attractions and easily accessible from CDG airport, this hotel offers convenience and easy exploration of the region. The room was comfortable and clean, with a well-functioning shower and hot water. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a variety of options, including a delicious honeycomb. The hotel's beautiful garden and scenic views added a touch of charm to our stay.

The noise from ongoing construction work in the morning disrupted our sleep and prevented a peaceful morning rest.

The location was brilliant! We particularly liked sitting outside in the evening enjoying a bottle of wine!

The food at both dinner and breakfast was really good. The young staff were very pleasant and helpful. The restaurant/breakfast was very, very good and we enjoyed the experience of both. There were masses of parking available on the property and the general superficial feel of the hotel was positive.

Felt it like being home, no complaint.

Appreciated compact and great-sized suite with regular equipment, felt like we were home. The hotel has absolutely perfect and stunning location just off other attractions, Epernay and Disneyland Paris, and Paris and Belleau Wood.

Beautifully designed and charming accommodation with beautiful setting next to charles de Gaulle airport, other attractions and the major monuments in the area. Bright double room, exceptionally comfortable beds. Good pool, parking on-site.

Nestled in a tranquil countryside setting with breathtaking valley views, this hotel boasts easy access and ample parking. After a long travel and working journey, quality of spa was highly appreciated. Hammam, sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzy are really destressing. Very nice menu at 30 euro . Excellent wine card

We recently stayed at a new hotel in France and were pleasantly surprised by Best Western. The rooms were nice, albeit a bit small, but the bed was comfortable. The dining room was open and spacious, with a good selection of food on the menu. The staff were rushed but pleasant, and they did a good job accommodating people in wheelchairs. The prices for champagne and beer were reasonable, and we enjoyed eating and drinking on the terrace. The front desk receptionist was particularly helpful, giving us directions to the airport early in the morning. we were very impressed with the staff at Best Western.

Location close to Chateau-Thierry is nice. Breakfast is not super but still ok.

The rooms are rather old and small, even the superior ones... Spa was nice although hamam and jacuzzi were not working.
