Paid airport shuttle. Activities: hiking, cycling, tennis, golf. No pets. AC, no smoking. Coming back for weekend.

Free, extensive breakfasts with juices, rolls plus of course good coffee everyone can find something. Location just next door to the nearby beach by public transport. Also, near rome airport...

The location was comfy: a shopping area and a market were within walking distance. We stayed for 1 night here, loved Ostia district.

Booked a triple room with balcony. Truly enjoyed our generous and extensive breakfast with yogurt, rolls, juices. We were in a comfy and peaceful location just a short stroll away from a shopping mall. The service offered was excellent! The staff was very professional and genuinely helpful, kept everything spotlessly clean and very good.

The location was ideal and exceptionally nice - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Tried some takeout specials at Sole di Sicilia, luckily it was within a close distance from the venue.

The restaurant in the hotel was extremely disappointing, it had poor service, bad food, and help staff had a bad attitude. The parking was difficult when considering I paid for a space in garage. The hotel was also mis-represented on how close it was to airport when searching the website.

Good location, related to FCO. Nice and functional design / decoration.

Hotel should provide maps and information of neighboring areas, such as Ostia, beach, Fumicino etc. The City Center Map is useless. They should also provide written explanation with map how to reach FCO.

The hotel had a charming and cozy decor that made me feel right at home. The general areas were beautifully adorned with comfortable seating and elegant furnishings. As a senior, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The staff kindly assisted me whenever I needed help and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay.

I would have loved to see more activities or entertainment options specifically tailored for senior guests. The children working there were polite and helpful, but it would have been even better if there were programs or amenities designed to cater to the needs and interests of senior vacationers.

Very convenient access to Rome...bus stops within a block away..takes you right to the metro in Rome.

The hotel staff was very helpful in giving directions. Most of the staff was very good, and since I did not speak Italian, it was nice that most could communicate with me in decent english.

The hotel was a little too far from the train station and the internet should have been free, or at least a little less expensive. Wi-fi is not that expensive. The hotel food was a bit pricey and there's not much to choose from in the area. My one complaint was that I decided to stay in Italy an extra night and the front desk person was not willing to give me the same rate for another night. Now, I could see if the hotel was full, but while I was there, it never seemed like there was a shortage of rooms, she should have been more flexible, as the hotel lost a night of revenue.

The rooms at Best Western Hotel I Triangoli are simply amazing. They have two or three bedrooms, all with garden views. I absolutely loved waking up to the sight of the beautiful green gardens surrounding the entire complex. As a vegetarian, I appreciate the tranquility and connection with nature that these rooms offer. It was a delightful experience!

Personally, I felt that one feature of the rooms could have been better. But hey, that's just my opinion.

The amenities offered were good, including the complimentary toothbrush and vanity pouch. Location was convenient, with shops and a supermarket within walking distance. The breakfast served was fresh and tasty.

The staff were unhelpful, especially when we had difficulty with the air-conditioning and requested for assistance. The room lacked electric sockets, causing inconvenience.
