  The friendliness and the excellent views from the bar/restaurant, overall good value, very pleasant and helpful staff in reception. Comfortable and quiet rooms, lovely breakfast, easy parking facilities.

  Toilet flushing then its great, the waiter was rude.

  The staff were outstanding and the lounge very relaxing and comfortable and the views amazing, hotel was inviting, Lovely dinning area, the bathroom was also very clean. The breakfasts were excellent value.

  Very good view from our room, quiet hotel and the staff are fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Also new beds would be great, tasty snacks are served during the daytime.

  The staff were excellent good location friendly, warm and the hotel was accessible to Torquay, Oddicombe and Babbacombe. Our room was clean and had all necessary facillities, the breakfast was lovely all hot and presented well.

  Wonderful sea views and great little Hotel. Staff were really friendly and the shower over the bath and was good enough. The food was imaginative and absolutely gorgeous.

  The room had a good view and balcony was nice, the welcome at reception was excellent and the duty receptionist was very helpful, the staff were all fantastic and went out of thier way for you. Beds were comfy and was clean, the food was superb '5 star.

  Only money spent were on the public areas, were very comfortable and the food was great and the restaurant has superb views and lovely atmosphere. The staff were excellent and the reception, the bed in the room was the worst we have ever slept in ever. Breakfast meals offered a good and wide choice.

  The breakfast room has sea views and very clean and a good choice of food, the stuff are all very nice I didn. Polite and efficient staff to be excellent.

  Good location too, about 10 minute walk to sea town centre, the reception areas are the only nice this about this hotel and staff friendly , in particular the Head Waiter / Restaurant Manager.

  Good value for money, staff very helpfull and owner very friendly and helpful. Rooms spotless clean, nice bar to have a drink in and the Conservatory Restaurant is fantastic very clean great food.

  Lovely hotel on the inside, excellent staff and good basic accommodation for price. A fabulous breakfast too.

  A tiny little pool round the back and pleasant garden sitting area, not worth the money.
