  The location related to my meetings and very nice and helpful staff.

  Old building, very poor value and the rooms are tiny, the bathroom even smaller and ugly.

  Its location was convenient for me and the hotel was clean. Staff were hepful and freindly, rooms were hot, breakfast was a joke , coffee was the worst I ever had in Switzerland.

  Receptionist collected car keys to park the car then most likely drove somewhere nearby, the elevator was very noisy.

  Good location close to old town and the shopping district, the rooms are clean and freshly decorated.

  The service staff is rude and incompetent, coffee is not very tasty.

  Just next to a metro station, near to Geneva Lake and hotel was clean and the room size was ok for one person. Staff were kind and shower unit was maybe 20 years old.

  Good location and a nice hotel. The girl in the reception being very friendly and helpful, free Internet connection in the room.
