Firedoor outside the room was very noisy and squeaky. Walls very thin so noisy. Shower floor poorly laid so pools collected in the wet room floor.

This hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices. The attention to detail is evident throughout, with well-maintained furniture and modern style rooms equipped with air conditioning and all the necessary amenities. Its location near the chateau and golf course, as well as just a short walk to the town centre, makes it very convenient for guests.

The location was convenient for exploring Guerande. The breakfast had a great variety of food. The bed was comfortable with ample pillows. The staff, particularly Clement, were friendly and helpful.

Nothing everything was great.

The hotel is modern, clean, air conditioned, non-smoking, has English TV stations, buffet breakfast, and free parking. King size bed is comfortable.

There was no minibar/fridge in the room. Since the hotel is totally non-smoking, there should be a designated smoking area away from the hotel entry door so that people entering the hotel don't have to walk through clouds of smoke.

Very nice and helpful staff, very good english speaking. Map of the town and hints where to go for lunch/ dinner.Old city reachable by feet (10 to 15 min).

Fire doors are very loud. Doors to the rooms close very loudly.

We enjoyed the free parking and the fact that the hotel had a fitness room. The location was also convenient since it was just a short walk to the town center where we had plenty of options for dinner. Another great aspect was the organic food served for breakfast.

The bathroom facilities weren't as good as we hoped with a dark interior and a shower that kept sliding down. The logging in process for the Wi-Fi was also annoying, as we had to keep on logging in just to send a quick email.
