the hotel is charming, wonderful based in a new building. the employees are good and absolutely perfect. the rooms here are attractive and outstanding also in ancient style. the location is very central. a terrific restaurant for breakfast is available. thank you for really great time here!

Friendly check-in, parking in the neighbourhood. Great breakfast with pastries, English fare, fresh fruit - well worth the money. Brilliant and super location around 10-15 minutes walk from Museum of Fine Arts.

The breakfast at Best Western was outstanding with fluffy eggs and a wide variety of selections. The coffee was also wonderful. The hotel's location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city. I would recommend this hotel.

Once you have settled in, the central location with a short walk to Place de D'arc is very nice. It is a pity that the shops close already at 19:30, with a few exceptions.

As the hotel is a little inconspicuously located in the pedestrian zone, the approach was challenging.

The nostalgia, elevator so small and in art nouveau style that all guests preferred to take the stairs.

The rooms were great-sized and well decorated. The location was incredible and lovely, close to the center of Orleans. You can take a train from Gare des Aubrais train station within a 20-minute walk from here.

Air conditioning did not work properly, it was very hot in the room. Room facing the street very loud with open windows. It smelled musty in the bathroom and also in the room facing the street. Breakfast room not inviting.

Finding parking was a challenge, as the hotel is located on a pedestrian street. Limited breakfast options and expensive.

I had a nice size huge room with central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a safe box. Great views were advantages. It had a magnificent location - easy walk to Museum of Fine Arts. The room I stayed in at the Best Western Hotel D'Arc in Orleans was spacious and well-equipped with central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a safe box. I appreciated the convenience of the wake-up service and enjoyed the great views offered by the room. Additionally, the hotel's location made it easy for me to walk to the Museum of Fine Arts.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has both an elevator and air conditioning. The rooms were very clean with a good shower. It was close to old town bistros and cafes, and shopping. In the evening the town square had a jazz concert. It was agood base from which to visit the Loire Valley castles.

The parking was not on site but once you get your bearings you realize its not that far away and there are ways to manage transportationand luggage.

The rooms are nicely decorated and include bathrooms with toilets.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city center within a pedestrian zone. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could possibly need, from the ironing facilities to the mini-bar. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I also appreciated the soundproofed rooms, as they allowed for a peaceful and quiet stay. the hotel provided a luxurious and comfortable experience.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent welcome on arrival, very helpful and courteous. Bedroom was comfortable and quite spacious. Bed - comfortable. Fittings of good quality. Great water pressure. I appreciated the typed note to introduce the person who cleaned the room.
